Not really. He flip-flopped on this in the middle of last year.

Before then, he supported the Texas lawsuit to decertify the results, was against expanding access to mail-in ballots, and repeatedly implied election integrity was a real issue that needed more investigation despite no evidence whatsoever. He tried to have his cake and eat it too.
