While I like Sanders, he's yet to complete a full season of games,  he's never going to be a go to guy for goal line or short yardage work and his numbers are always good enough to be promising of a possible break out but it never goes beyond that, they're almost certainly good enough for the market to pay more than he's worth to us, .

Ultimately a tailback who's worth keeping is either a bell cow that puts up gaudy numbers or is good enough to keep around as a change of pace guy in a committee, Sanders body isn't up to being the first and will almost definitely ask to be paid more than befits the second.

 

And that's why they will sign him to a huge four year, guaranteed money deal.

Well they’re also a much better scoring offense this season with Hurts than they were last year too. They have also won more games than they did last year and are legit in the playoff picture. For all this crapping on Hurts you would think this was a 12 win team he turned into a 4 win team, and not a 4 win team he has approaching the playoffs picture.

I am just saying that balanced for us currently is something around 20 passes, that is when our Offense with Hurts looks best...That is difficult to mantain in this league with all the ANALytics bullcrap unless you have Belichick coach status and you simply don't care about such a bullcrap like ANALytics are...I don't mind Hurts being our QB if we consider ourselfs "the run first" team

In that case Hurts can't be our strating QB unless he improves significantly in a short time

Well if we know Hurts is not the long term answer then we have to start the best passer on the roster if we don't want to be the run first team...but I personally prefer to be the run first team

That can work if the team has an elite defense.  Otherwise, in today's NFL, with just an average defense, a run first team will not advance far.  However, if a team has an elite passing game and just an average defense, it can win the Super Bowl.
