When you take Hurts running out of the equation, I think we see the true reality of our offense.  It just can't be consistent and it takes too many plays for it to move down the field, which leads to more chance of penalties.

I think that’s been a big issue so far. Hurts hasn’t taken advantage of his run ability. It adds another layer of concern for a defense and it loosens them a bit. If he can run given the opportunity, he should.

What has Sweat done? Not much more production than Barnett. Barnett has had a lot of penalties but he does show up in the stopping the run.
