If we lose it means basically no playoffs.  But this defense isn’t going to hold up against playoff offenses so maybe it is better to get the reality check now.  Plus we need a DC who knows how to run a scheme that doesn’t put it all on the weakest position on the team.

Who cares about the fumble. A yard or two spot is not gonna make a difference the way this D is playing.
