toolg Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 The 2020 NFL schedule will be released on Thursday night 5/7 at 8:00 PM. Any rumors? Comments?
BKLYNYG Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 If the Giants have to travel to Dallas again on week 1 (something like 5 times in 7 years) I'm going to flip. I'm thinking they're going to position division games towards the end of the season in case they don't start on time.
Mr_Soprano Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Maybe the Giants will win a few more games without faccia di katzo at QB. 1

Back in the day this board used to have all sorts of clone users that posted as characters and always stuck to the profile. We need them back. This could be a great start.

CHIP72 Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 It will be interesting to see how the NFL takes into consideration the COVID-19 situation. I would not be surprised if the league front loads the schedule with division games in case the regular season needs to be shortened.

VaBeach_Eagle Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 I wonder if they'll release two versions, one full and one abbreviated in case a shortened season is needed.

EagleJoe8 Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 Due to the possibility of a shortened season, I’m going to say the league won’t schedule a Black Friday game in London this year. 1
toolg Posted May 6, 2020 Author Posted May 6, 2020 One of the rumors I hear is if they have to postpone the start of the season, they could move regular season games into January. So if they start playing week 5, weeks 1-4 would be played after week 17. One thing I think they should do is schedule interconference games Week 1-4. So if they have to cancel the start of the season, these are the games have the least effect on standings and tiebreakers. 1
toolg Posted May 6, 2020 Author Posted May 6, 2020 Leaked Tampa Bay Bradys schedule: It's probably all wrong.

toolg Posted May 6, 2020 Author Posted May 6, 2020 Rumor: Eagles @ Steelers, Week 1, SNF 9/13 8:20 PM And others at this Twitter handle. Probably all wrong. It's fake.

wentzday Posted May 7, 2020 Posted May 7, 2020 Lots of rumors already... supposedly weeks 1-4 are going to be NFC vs. AFC games yet there are leaks like that bucs schedule which clearly contradicts that. Haha not sure what to believe guess we have to wait and see!

VaBeach_Eagle Posted May 7, 2020 Posted May 7, 2020 I got a notice from NBC Sports Philadelphia, speculating that we'd open against the Redskins. 1

That's what I'm expecting honestly and hoping for as chiefs have an easy home slate. The other teams they play at home this year don't have a remote chance at keeping up with the chiefs O. 15 minutes ago, VaBeach_Eagle said: I got a notice from NBC Sports Philadelphia, speculating that we'd open against the Redskins. Wouldn't mind opening up in DC! That had a good end result back in 2017!
