only fans is different.  I think what bothers people is like any other business in a residential area.  I don’t want people constantly running in and out and clogging parking and putting up ugly signage etc etc etc… but someone inside their house recording live video is hardly the same nuisance

Um...we do regulate cigarettes. We just don't ban them, because people are free to make poor choices (or at least they should be).

I just don’t see a problem if they were pulled from the market. We don’t use asbestos anymore either. Second hand smoke is harmful to others too especially children. But like I said I’m not starting some activist group trying to make this happen..  just personal opinion.

I think you’re right.  The constitution for example was written to organize the states, not everyone.  It’s only libertarian when it comes to what a state can do. Take religion for example.  There was never supposed to be universal separation of church and state.  Only separation of federal government and state because each state at the time had a different dominant religious denomination.  States can and perhaps should do these things, though a full cigarette ban as a practical matter would probably just lead to crime
