I think yesterday steering away from calling it terrorism made sense, since there's a very specific definition and without all the information, we didn't know whether it fit that definition yet. But they've moved the guy to from a person of interest to a suspect with an active manhunt for him and his social media stuff and statements are out there for anyone to see. It's a terrorist attack. It definitely fits the FBIs definition of domestic terrorism, at least from what we think we know about the incident right now.
