February 28, 20214 yr Author This one could go in other threads but which one. Putting it here... Climbed to #2 in iTunes and top 40 on billboard charts. The hook sucks so it can't be that. Judge for yourself.
March 2, 20214 yr https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/democratic-lawmakers-put-forth-senator-warrens-tax-on-the-ultra-rich/ar-BB1e80V2?li=BBnbfcL The legislation was introduced on Monday by Warren and Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and Brendan Boyle (D-PA). If implemented, Warren's Ultra-Millionaire Tax (UMT) would impose a 2% annual tax on net worth of households and trusts between $50 million and $1 billion. For those making above $1 billion, the annual tax rate would be 3%. The legislation is expected to generate $3 trillion in tax revenue over 10 years by raising taxes on only 100,000 American families, according to an analysis by the University of California-Berkley.

Chump change. Vikas’ polo collection alone puts him over the threshold.

March 27, 20214 yr Author Fully onboard with serious protesting vs. the new Georgia voting laws. They should be struck down. However, I'm not so good with the method of going after Coca Cola or other companies just because their statements of protest aren't "strong enough". Sort of seems misplaced. It would be one thing if say Coke was in favor of those new policies but they've come out against them. Obviously, people can buy whatever soft drinks they want but somehow this feel as bit "off" to me. Feels a bit like "activist supremacy"

Sure this bill will be before the courts soon.
