Chiefs are the safest bet on that list.

The only way they don't hit 12 wins is if the season is shortened.

Some sucker bets on this list.  Cleveland at 8.5?  Tampa Bay 10?

What happens if the season is cancelled week 8 or 9? Vegas win?

It's considered "no bet" unless there's a disclaimer otherwise.

Ravens are not getting 12 wins this year. Jackson was starting to get figured out. Under 11.5 is the safest bet on that list. I think the 2nd safest is Pats under 9. They have no QB.

I'd probably agree with our line at 9.5 though I would have to take the under there if I were to bet on it.

If I were a betting man and I were forced to make a pick I would have to go under.  I have them at 9-7.

I know very little about sports betting.  What happens to these bets, say, if they have a 12 game season?

If they actually hold you to the numbers, then obviously the possibility of a short season shifts the odds to taking the under for, well, everyone.

Under for the Ravens, over for the Chiefs.  2 safest bets.

Gonna be a lot of surprised people who are currently overhyping the Bucs. Brady was falling off last year, gonna be ugly this season.

You don't think Brady and Gronk can squeeze out 10 wins in Tampa?  They get to play Carolina (2x), Denver, LA Chargers, Las Vegas, NYG, and the Lions.  At least 6 wins there.  All they need to do is go .500 against teams that have a winning record to hit 10 wins.

Brady has more weapons than he has had in a long time. Do I think he goes back to MVP Brady? No. Do I think he can win 10? Yes.

There will be no winners and losers and money will be returned I'm guessing.

So if a team's O/U is set at 10, and you bet the over, and they end up 5-7 in a twelve game season, you'd get your money back?

Probably depends on when the 12 game season is announced.  If it's announced prior to the 7th loss, then I would assume yes.  But if it hasn't been announced prior to the 7th loss, then the bet would be a loss on the day they lose the 7th game....pretty sure that's how that works.

You would still have them winning 13 in a 12 game season.  Admit it.

Season-long win totals and divisional-title wagers will void and money will be refunded if the season is shortened.

Then they'll post new win totals based on the new schedule.

I think he’s cooked. 8 wins max for Tampa.

Gronk is an injury waiting to happen. And yes I think Brady’s drop off will be so dramatic that he will be holding them back. Just like Peyton fell off a cliff and went from an MVP to a below average QB seemingly overnight.
