Low testosterone liberals like hunt simply want to ban guns. That's why the go after a gun that accounts for only hundreds of homicides per year rather than handguns which account for thousands of deaths per year. They believe the most palatable one for Republicans to agree to is the ban on the "assault rifle" - which they can't even really define - or the AR-15. If the AR-15 were banned tomorrow, there would be no significant impact on gun-related homicides and they'd simply move onto the next gun type their politicians tell them to focus on.
