It seems like gang violence conveniently gets left out of the national agenda when it comes to mass shootings. I don't know what the true definition of a mass shooting is as far as how many victims it takes to be considered "mass". When most people think of a mass shooting, they think of Columbine, Las Vegas, Parkland, Uvalde, this, etc.

Seems like a lot of kids targeted to be just gang violence collateral damage. Regardless of their motivations they seem much more like another "kill as many kids as possible" type of shooters. Gangs usually try to kill each other or get some secondary gain out of violence. 

Unfortunately we'll probably hear soon what their reasoning was one way or another. IMO their names, affiliations, manifestos etc etc should be withheld and they should rot in a cell in obscurity for the rest of their days. But alas that's not the world we live in.

The definition of "mass shooting" is 4 or more people shot in one incident.  >95% of our "mass shootings" are gang related.  RICO the gangs, lock the gangbangers up, and we'd put an extremely significant dent in the number of mass shootings, but Democrats would never allow it.

The interesting part about this is that it's become pretty much taboo to call out. One gets labeled a racist if they bring it up instead of looking at the statistics and the numbers.

I know this is supposed to sound smart, but the CNN data paints a more accurate picture of the full problem because something like half of all murders in the US go unsolved whereas we know that homicides are largely committed by members of ones own race.
