 kz is taking this so badly. It only makes this thread that much better. What a great day.

Alex Jones was once one of those guys Kz would quote , pump his fist and yell "NAILED IT!" at.  Losing your heroes is never easy.

Send those donations in today, @Kz! and @Procus, he needs you more than ever now, to save America!

Kz, wondering where that 13 dollar donation he sent yesterday to Alex Jones is gonna end up

From Reddit:

Worth bearing in mind: This is the first of three trials for damages against Mr. Jones. Two more are scheduled for next month — one in Texas, and one brought by the families of eight victims in Connecticut, where laws governing damages favor the plaintiffs more than in Texas. And of course, Connecticut is where the shooting occurred.

Looks like they are making an example out of him.  Other conspiracy nuts beware.

Would be nice to see facts and truth make a little bit of a comeback.

I'm wondering if this sets the bar for conspiracy theory nutjobs on trial?

The entire right wing media just collectively sheet their pants.

I haven't followed this at all. Did he make general remarks like "Oh, the whole thing is fake, it never happened..." or did he say that "Parent X is part of the conspiracy and their motive is Y"?

Alex Jones is very far from being part of the "right wing media" - more like the Weekly World News media

Isn't he just an Internet guy? He just does his thing on the Internet, no? Or is he affiliated with an actual media outlet?

I thought Jones wasn't part of the right wing media? So why does this matter?

If the judge in Jones' case executed her job poorly or with bias, go ahead and show it. Otherwise this is just whining.

Wasn't it a 150 million dollar suit? 4 seems like a solid deal, especially with that wildebeest of a judge.
