If that happened, I am guilty of being uninformed of that. That being said, I am not sure how anyone overlooks the incident? This is exactly how Ahmaud Arbery was killed.

Two, there were fireworks that sounded like gunshots going off. Witnesses concurred that it sounded like gunshots. Fetterman was also the mayor of a minority-majority town, and had (and still has) support of the local community that trusted that he was not proceeding with racist intent. Contrast this with a situation where multiple people run down a black man jogging with no reason to be suspicious and shoot the guy on camera with no cause. Again, that you think these are comparable situations shows quite a bit about you.
