Here are the major stories being talked and written about. Note they are not about Brown or Sanders or Epps or the OL. 

• Hurst runs too much
• Davis didn't play enough snaps
• They didn't tackle in training camp (or the game)
• The pass rush wasn't there
• The defense didn't adjust
• Davante Smith didn't get a reception

All of that is true, but they are 90% of the coverage and talk. 

I really dislike most of out media.

It’s spelled Hearst, and he used to play for the Niners. He’s been retired for awhile though.

It's very true... The Eagles win and the media focus on the negatives. But that's just the way it is unfortunately.

Hey it's negadelphia when it comes to the media.  Mike Schmidt said:

If a QB has a perfect QB rating in a game, they'll talk about the time he ran the ball with an open receiver downfield.

If a pitcher throws a perfect game, they'll talk about how he only had 4 strike outs.

If a basketball player has a triple double with 50% shooting, they'll talk about his 3 turnovers.

If a hockey player scores a hat trick with 3 other assists, they'll talk about the needless penalty he took in the 1st period.

Philly media sucks.....

I was talking to 2 friends the other day; one is a Ducks fan and the other a Georgia Dawgs fan.  I don't have a college team, but I said hey I'm just glad my team drafted guys from your championship team.  Then to the Ducks fan, not like when Chip ruined the team drafting from the weak arse Pacific players.  Howie at least figured out to draft from championship teams.

I said it then too!  He's had 2 good drafts in a row and made some good free agent signings and trades.  He's back baby!  (For now )

I'm sure it's not.......but honestly, I've been to many areas that have an NFL team, and it just seems worse in philly......especially the media.  And pro athletes who have come and gone from philly have said how hard it is to play here with the fans and the media nonsense.

Year one I liked those. Our home game against the Redskins, there was a play where someone held a sign of a cheesesteak. On that play, RG3 got hit, the ball popped up and Cox picked it off. My first thought was "I like the cheesesteak defense”!
