Thank you, Thank you....... I'll be here all week.

I can tell you that it's close to Renninger's Market and that I have family who own an awesome pierogi and fresh pasta business with a stand there, and they allow Kutztown students to use dining points there, or at least they were.

It's there; scroll down. His dad's family was Polish, and her father's was Italian, so it's a perfect mix. They have some standards as well as some seasonal stuff that rotates. The potato filling pierogi is based off my grandmother's recipe for the side dish she would make for Thanksgiving. Their pasta-making machinery was made in Italy, sourced from an Italian guy in Lancaster who is apparently one of the only people selling that kind of equipment around here.

I don’t see it ending with an S anywhere. Pierogi is plural, Perog singular. Drives my wife nuts that Polish places add an S.

On that note, the singular of spaghetti is spaghetto. Break that one out at the dinner table sometime 🤯

I have before. Wasn’t even sure if I was right.

Went there for a party in 1974 and a few of us climbed to the top of the water tower that was on campus.   I was a Berks Penn State campus student visiting a high school mate.  They had some wild parties back then.

I feel like their curry-chicken pasta salad really flies under the radar but that stuff is damn good. I could just eat that for a meal and be perfectly happy.
