He plead guilty to misstatements because the FBI threatened to go after his son if he didn't.  Not only will Flynn be completely exonerated but those that set up this ridiculous witch hunt will soon be indited.

The judge ruled that because DOJ prosecutors "do not qualify as investigative or law enforcement officers” under the controlling law, Flynn was required to show that the FBI exerted pressure or influence over the special counsel’s decision to prosecute him, which, of course, he was unable to do.  So, case dismissed.

Nobody is saying that Flynn was rightfully accused...only that in order to collect damages from the federal government he had to prove that the special counsel was influenced to prosecute him by a federal agency like the FBI.

So basically, these special counsels can do whatever the hell they want with no repercussions, because they operate independently of federal law.
