Major school position of need.

A CB and DE are at the top of my wish list for those two 1s next April (assuming Hurts continues his level of play taking QB off the needs list).  I don't think we'll be able to re-sign both Bradberry and CJGJ considering our cap situation and the likely need to give Hurts a market contract.

I'm more sure they'll draft a DE. It's possible they'll try to run it back with Bradberry but even then you want a CB in pipeline.  If you look at the major program players at positions of need you get a list of like 4 guys now (Myles Murphy, Nolan Smith, Ringo, Eli Ricks & Cam Smith who is sure to get Sheldon Brown comps from SC)

Agreed.  Even though Slay is playing at a high level now, considering his age, I don't know how much longer we can expect that, so it makes a ton of sense to get a CB and start grooming him.  Howie just seems to have a tendency to wait until the final year that he expects to keep a player here to draft his successor.

Should be a top target with our first of the two 1st rounders if the top DL are drafted

Tons of physical ability to make up for bad play… but then there is the bad play issue.

I retract my previous statement. No thanks. Not only did he get scorched my Marvin Harrison Jr but he was getting whooped by any WR Ohio state lined up against him

After reviewing the tape, Ringo is still the best CB in the draft easily imo. But the question is if he is worth a top 10 pick. My answer right now is maybe. Still need to do more evaluation. Not many clean prospects in the first round prospects list

Hard pass for me.  Loaded with physical ability but in the late season games I watched (OS playoff game for example) he looked really bad.  Looks like an athlete playing corner.  Looks like boom/bust to me.

Here is my question to the rest of yall. If he is there at #31, do you take him? I say hell yes.

But a hard "hell no" at #10

Definitely in the realm where I start feel comfortable with Ringo - might still go with Forbes due to the ball skills and system fit.

I have a hard time seeing them draft two running backs.

The 4th round is a bit soft on edge help, but a sweet spot for RBs.  Might go with To'o To'o (LB) or Haener (QB) there, given how the PFF board works.

More probable than taking a Bijan at 10, which we see by the experts on a weekly basis.

Yeah I don’t see them taking a RB at 10, nor should they.

All you had to do was go down a couple more comments. Also if you actually look and read the Witherspoon topic that I started it would have came full circle. People are able to change opinions. He has some good tape but most people look at the OSU game which I am assuming you are one of them to judge a Kelee off that game

Fair enough. Ringo obviously has a ton of potential. I also like the fact that he could probably play safety if he doesn’t improve at CB.

Crazy you could go like the first 3 rounds only drafting Georgia guys and you'll make out like champs. That team was loaded.
