Had a cord of wood delivered yesterday. My dog was in heaven.

I delivered my cord of wood to your mom last night. The doggy was heavenly.

Bruce, on the left is also a best boy.

Skugga, on the right is one too, but he tends to try and kill anyone he doesn't know. My cousin's German Shepherds. They really belong to my wife. She spent about a year down in NC helping her aunt who passed eventually from cancer. Both dogs bonded to her, since she was there every day, didn't have to leave for work and loved going outside.

I love staying at his place (it is amazing) but the best part is taking your coffee and walking out to the patio. Two guards dogs immediately flank you, one on either side, noses at knee level, heads on a swivel like it was Viet Nam and Charlie had been sighted. When you sit down, they run around a while, but Bruce will always come and sit next to you. Skugga comes by for scratches, but then heads out on patrol again. Their differences are profound - Bruce is gray, very soft and fluffy and is a complete goof. Skugga is darker, leaner and his fur is shorter, rougher and while he is a nice dog, you can tell he is looking for something to kill all the time.
