They absolutely need to put up points before the half and go in with a lead, especially with Rodgers getting the ball to start the 2nd half.

The clock only remains stopped after going OoB inside 2 minutes in the first half, and final 5 of the 2nd half. All other times, it restarts after the ball is spotted for the next play.
