Top 3 Favorite Crazy Walk Off Plays For the Philadelphia Eagles

So because the discussion into the previous Top 3 post was so intriguing, I decided to post another one from my YouTube channel. This list is my top 3 favorite offensive, defensive and special teams walk off touchdown that helped ice a game. Not all of these happened to officially end a game, but they were all memorable to me when it came to helping the Eagles put an end to the game. What are your favorite walk off touchdown to end a game?

EDIT: 2 of the 3 examples were not necessarily walk off touchdowns, but they helped the team take the lead late in the game and helped put the game on ice.

Special team walkoff would have to be westbrooks PR against the giants in 2001? Or desean PR against the giants.

Defense have to go litos 100 yard int return against dallas.

On offense im not sure, like the vid says not too many off the top of my head.

That’s a really tough call.

Westbrook's PR wasn't technically a walkoff since there was 1:16 left in the game.

As for the 3 choices by the video maker in the OP's post, 2 of those weren't walkoff's either.

His walkoff on offense choice of the 2012 Tampa game was a good one, but I think I'd go with the OT Bradford to Jordan Matthews TD in Dallas.

I would never use anything in the Chip Kelly era especially with that QB.

You're right, I guess the title should have been plays that put games on ice.

It's not even close.  Only one was a walk off.

Probably should have called it putting a game on ice instead of walkoff, you're right it some aren't walkoffs.

Westbrook's punt return against the Giants in 2003 wasn't the last play of the game.

One special teams play that would deserve consideration is the Miracle of the Meadowlands II - Clyde Simmons picking up a blocked Eagles FG attempt and running for a game-winning touchdown in overtime in 1988.

Yeah I get it.  Like the OP pointed out later I was considering plays that brought us back from a deficit in the last minute or two of a game that put us in the lead for good to seal a W.

Yeah I goofed. I wasn’t a fan in 1988 though. I wanted to save the miracle at the new meadowlands for a future video.

You missed a great year.  The Eagles were officially  BACK  . . . and that killer  D  was taking over.

And Randall was beginning his 'Highlight Reel' years. My fave game that year was the Mon. Nite

game at the Vet with the Giants in town. I was in sec. 704 with a bunch of Giants fans. My buddy

& I came down from Jersey on a chartered bus . . . tap beer & food included! That was the game

Carl Banks hit Randall low but he bounced right back & hit Jimmy Giles in the endzone for the TD!

The place went  NUTZ!  None of the sports media were picking the Eagles in that game . . . so when

they won 24 - 13 it was a shock. That season ended unhappily in Chicago at "The Fog Bowl".

But at least we had hope for the future.

I forget the year, but there was a game vs the giants where we had a field goal attempt that was blocked, fell into the arms of one of our defensive lineman and he ran it in for a TD.

I always thought the BWest run against the Bucs some years ago at the end was crazy, even though we lost

I think that was 1988.

Exciting play, but before I was a fan.
