Get enough people and send them to a road game and pony up for the hotel. Otherwise, if you are dead set on something Eagles related, maybe some memorabilia? Especially if they have a den\sports room. Honestly though, while we had a small wedding and didn't do any showers, engagement parties, etc, I think gifts of $$$ was the most appreciated
