It's not the same when it's your teams QB, leading your team to a 12-1 record while playing at an MVP level. There's just gonna be more energy there.

The alternative could have been the people here who thought he sucked could have been right, and we wouldn't be where we are right now lol.

List the QB's that you believe would have the Eagles in the exact same position, or even ones that we would still be undefeated ??

But If I said that Mahomes is better than Hurts, you would do all of the bolded.  You might even throw around a racist accusation or 2.

Personally I think Mahomes is better than Hurts. So I wouldn't do that. But yeah, I get that certain posters would do that. But, again, you say things like the only reason Hurts is playing well is because of the team around him, when there is a lot of evidence that you are wrong about that. So the street runs both ways.

Provide that evidence.  I have already proven AJ and Miles have always been good,  AJ is going to put up the exact same numbers as 2020 with Tannehill, and Miles is finally healthy and getting 16 carries a game.

Hurts has certainly improved a ton, and certainly a large part of it is the talent additions. It’s all intertwined. But to act like no other QB could replicate Hurts season is silly, and that’s where the friction comes from

I have no clue and don't put thought into odd "what ifs" when my team has the best record in the league after three quarters of a season. There are about a half dozen guys playing very well right now. Five of them play for other teams. I do know which QB actually does have us at 12-1.

What more evidence do I have to provide? AJ Brown is good, but this will be his best year of his career. Regardless of what you think, it is true. He is on track to setting career highs in yards per receptions and yards per game, as well as career marks for yards and TDs. Those are indisputable facts.

Miles Sanders already has more TDs this season than the rest of his career combined.

And, Hurts lost Goedert and the offense has not missed a beat. So the idea that he can only function with great players at every position is not even conversation-worthy.

AJ Brown will have his best year, due to playing more games, the end.  As I have already shown  you, if you extrapolate the numbers to 17 games, the only difference is 29 yards.

Miles Sanders has more TD's, because he has more carries.  Is that so hard for you to understand.

Goedert will also not have his best year, this actually may end up being his 3rd best season.

So he will have more yards this year than in 2020, but 2020 was his career year for....reasons?

And there it is.  If this was another teams QB, you would find anything you could to discredit what he is doing, as most are doing with Mahomes, who IMO is the MVP.

AJ Brown, Miles Sanders, and Jalen Hurts have all been really good this season, right guys!

I meant the excitment about a player dude. When it's your guy you will hear the "I told you so's"  more on your teams message board lol.

Hurts has passed Mahomes in my eyes, over the past two weeks. Either guy could win MVP.

So AJ is 29 yards better than Hurts over Ryan Tannehill.

See the point yet.  You would think he is several 100 yards and 5+ TD's better.  AJ Brown is good because AJ Brown is good.

Lets play a game.

Rank these players, loosely, at their position.

Hurts, AJ, Smitty, Dallas

Herbert, Mike Williams, Keenan Allen, Gerald Everett.

Yes dummy we all agree on that.

Eagles players - All number one at their position

Chargers - dunno, somewhere in the middle

Nope. You lost the "AJ Brown isn't having his best year" argument, so really not interested.

No, I didn’t.  He still has to reach those numbers.
