June 19, 20205 yr He’s not an adopted son. It’s the brother of his ex who he apparently took in when he came over from Cuba at 12 and has been a father figure to since. He lived with Gaetz until he was 16 and then with his biological father until 18 and then decided he wanted to move back in with Gaetz. Apparently they see each other as a father son relationship but it’s not legally so.
