Both sides want the players to be on the team and retire as Eagles and will do what it takes to make that happen. Howie will put money into signing bonuses or whatever way to structure to pay them well and keep them on the team until they decide to retire. I don't think either of them will pull a Jason Peters, they will know when it's the right time to retire. I would not be surprised if Kelce finds a place on the Eagles staff in some way when he's done. Graham loves the Eagles and they love him and I don't see him going anywhere until it's a retirement.
