May 17, 20214 yr I dunno -- the Charcoal Pit still has excellent burgers, IMO. The wife and I got takeout from there the other weekend.

March 5Mar 5 Probably no one will see this thread in time. Where are the best spots to eat near the 6ers practice facility? Is this a good cheesesteak or pizza area? Or is this area known for something else?

March 7Mar 7 From what I saw traveling through there yesterday, the correct answer was The Charcoal Pit.Unfortunately 6ers G League games take ridiculously long and it was too late for a bus to stop anywhere after the game. That place looks AWESOME!
March 7Mar 7 Fresco Pizzeria has incredible pizza. Branmar Shopping Center, if you're ever in DE again. Marsh Road, N Wilmington, DE.The Charcoal Pit is like a quarter mile from my house, I can walk there. Great Burgers. Obama/Biden ate there once.

That game was over 2 hours long which I felt was too long for basketball. Bluecoats did not have Dalen Terry, or Beauchamp. Nice to see Milicic but unfortunately he is disappointing. Got boring without their best players there.First time ever being in Delaware. Seemed like a cool area. But Im not sure Ill ever have a reason to go back. If I do, Charcoal Pit is a must.
March 16Mar 16 I don't know if you're a Beach guy, Hazleton, but Delaware has Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. They are must visits, IMO.I can't comment on your Bluecoats piece, I'm not a Basketball Ball guy. 🙃
