Good size, good speed....but he's a marshmallow.

You're going to love him :)

Thin at WR and LB and don't have a punter. 🤣

Really scary thin at WR and LB! To be fair we didn’t have a punter with Siposs on the roster.

Penny is absolutely a closer. Health is the question with him, but the dude is the definition of a closer.

We shall see.

They'll bring some guys in to kick the tires... PS too.

4 WRs? That’s absolutely terrifying.

The Pats cut QB Bailey Zappe, the Eagles should snatch him form their practice squad, dude is damn good.

His coming was foretold long ago.

We had a holder, though. We released our holder and backup holder.

Eh, not really. They obviously have their eye on someone else who was cut or Howie is working a deal for a trade. Even if nothing materializes, Ward will still be available. He's not flashy, but a solid guy to bring back in as WR5.

Hey @brkmsn now is your chance! 😂🤣😂

Obviously Howie still has a lot of work to do with no punter, three linebackers, and four wide receivers. I am a little curious as to why they felt the need to trade for a fourth TE though.

They already didn't have a punter. I'd take a 43 year old Donnie Jones out of retirement over Sipass.

I don't know anything about the new TE... is he a 'tweener' that they maybe see as more of a WR? If not, I'm guessing there is a cut WR they like and are trying to sign, or Howie is working on a trade. If not, Greg Ward can be brought back and he's at least reliable as a #5 WR.

if Randell didn’t have his church in vegas i would see if he was interested in punting he didn’t pretty good at it back in the day

Don’t know much about the guy either, but the Eagles gave up a 5th to get him so that seems like some pretty high value for the player who at the moment is the 3rd or 4th TE option.

Edit: I did just read that he ran a 4.49 40 at the combine so maybe the Eagles are intrigued by his size and speed. Still a 5th seems a bit high for a guy who hasn’t really done much in the league so far, but he’s still only 25.

I think its just cover if Goedert gets injured. I'm guessing, they probably feel Albert O has the highest ceiling. Stoll is solid #2 but not nearly dynamic enough as a receiver.

They will add a punter and WR in the next day or two. Ojomo is going IR and I think Goodrich will as well but they needed both to be on initial 53-man roster to be able to be activated
in-season.

They will go light at LB into the season - being able to use Edmunds at the spot in game if they have a couple of injuries. Expect a few guys on PS there as well - look for Kyron and VanSumeren (and maybe another one) who will be periodically be elevated and active to help on game days, and ST in particular

Right, wait, I can't be agreeing with EE.

4 TEs and 4 RBs though :) We have a plethora of options.

So much for that talk of less runs and more passes. 😂 Anyways Swift is likely going to be a pretty good receiver option as long as he can stay healthy.

Swift can be split out wide and in the slot due to his great receiving ability so they kind of have a 5th guy in a sense.
