Hurts makes me nervous. Always has. If the defense isn't off balance and there's no obvious "thing" to exploit then we bog down. He's just not "that guy" to make something out of nothing.

The bunch formations are designed to counter man coverage. The secondary hasn't figured that out. Dline is not getting close to Jones. The only thing that looks good is the run D.

Gannon or not, this defense is built through the front 5 to bring pressure. Our centerfield is average at best and if the pass rush doesn't get there look out. Cross routes are going to kill us all year.

I was out running errands and couldn't listen. I finally checked the updates on my ESPN app and the Birds were winning 16-0. I got home and turned on the game and sure enough, they completely went flat and forgot to show up for the 2nd Q. It reminds me of many of the games last year where this same team rarely played a full 4 quarters in any game all year. Hard to believe they went to the Super Bowl with that lack of killing instinct last year, this schedule is far too brutal to do that this year.

Offense play calling sucks...  we look like the Giants out there run run pass punt.

The Offensive play calling has been terrible. 

On Defense, the front 4 isn't as dominant as anyone thought. In fact, the Pats are stopping them. The one area that's wide open to attack after the snap is the A gap. a delayed A gap blitz would get home every time it's called. I expect it some in the 2nd half. We'll see.

They need to change up the run game, time to give swift a shot and run off tackle.  And then set up some real play action, not this rpo stuff clearly it’s not working.
