Football is back and so are we with the weekly discussions surrounding the NFL games this season. Week 1, where there are tons of overreactions and many unknowns as each team starts off a new season. Lets get to it.

TNF started with the Lions coming into KC and beating the Chiefs 21-20. How can you not love playing for Dan Campbell.

NFC South matchup as Bryce Young makes his NFL debut in Atlanta to face Desmond Ridder and the Falcons.

Battle of Ohio between the Bengals and Browns in Cleveland. Burrow said this week he is ready to go.

The most anticipated season for the Jaguars in quite some time as they head to Indy to face Anthony Richardson and the Colts. The Jags have playmakers all over the field, especially on offense.

No more Tom Brady means Baker Mayfield is the new starting QB for Tamps beating out Kyle Trask during camp and the preseason. Calvin Cook is now on the Jets and Thielen is now in Carolina which means expect a heavy dose of Hockenson and of course JJ.

Probably the one team in the league everyone expects to struggle mightily is the Arizona Cardinals. Murray is still out recovering from his knee injury and is expected to miss at least the first 4 games of the season. They go to Washington to face Sam Howell and the Commanders.

Another rookie QB making their NFL debut is C.J. Stroud for the Texans. New HC Demo Ryans looking to get the Texans back in conversation for a possible playoff team in the AFC but expect a lot of learning curves along the way. They have a tough game right off the start on the road against the Ravens.

One of, if not the best rivalry in football, as the Packers are on the road in Chicago. Love and Fields. After 4 years in the league, now is the time for Jordan Love to show who he is.

Jimmy G is the new starting QB in Vegas after Derek Carr going to the Saints. Sean Payton is the new head coach in Denver who is looking to get Wilson back on track after a off season last year.

One of the games I'm excited to see is the Dolphins on the road to face the Chargers. 2 young and talented QB's going at it. Both teams are in a loaded division respectively with the Dolphins playing in the East and the Chargers in the west. Every game counts, even this early in the season. Also when you are playing in a loaded AFC Conference.

Rams and Seahawks from Seattle. Cooper Krupp is out for LA but with Stafford under center, your team has a chance. With Stafford and Cam Akers both healthy, we'll see if the Rams offense can go back to putting up some big numbers. Geno Smith coming off his best season since entering the league is looking to show last season was no fluke.

The Eagles go into New England on Tom Brady day and see if they can pull out a big road win. The Eagles have no injuries to report as they head into week 1 which was a big key for them last year and one of the many reasons why they made it to the Super Bowl. Is this the last chance for Mac Jones to prove who he really is?

SNF between the Cowboys and Giants from Met Life. Darren Waller showed up on the injury report yesterday with a hamstring injury and we'll see if he plays tomorrow and how effective he'll be.

MNF between the Bills and Jets in one of the most anticipated games for the Jets in nearly a decade. With all the offseason hype over with and with HardKnocks over with, now is the time for the Jets to get to work. They have the QB, the coach, talented players all over the offense and a young star studded defense, this jets team, is ready to roll now. Josh Allen and the Bills will look to put all the hype to rest and look to make another deep run into the AFC playoffs.

Wouldn't it be crazy it Love ended up being another damn great QB?

Dolphins and Chargers should be good

Very curious how Rodgers is with the Jets

Why did the Lions trade Hockenson?  Were they not going to have the money to sign a big contract or something?  It seems unusual to have the 8th overall pick that was still on his rookie contract and producing shipped out to a division rival.

Crazy that we traded him there with good intentions of them being close to a Super Bowl.
