Call it both way refs. That DPI needed to be called. Brown can’t catch it when the DB is pulling one of his arms down. Should be 1st and goal on the 1.

I guess pulling a wr arm down before the ball get to his hands isn’t a penalty! 

Not only was he tackled but he hooked his arm.

Terrible. The first holding penalty was ticky tack and then now that PI.
