Did he get paid at least?

3 years, 36m, 20M guaranteed so yeah he did ok.  But this also proves why teams don’t overpay the position.  Here today, gone tomorrow.  14M in dead cap if he never plays again.

So so bad! So freaking bad. You wouldn’t want to be a fan of either as they are just an embarrassment.

Yeah, hasn't been easy. They've been trying the quick fix approach for years and it hasn't worked.

But, the one positive is a bad year gives us a shot at one of the top QB's in next year's draft. Even though Russ is going to be here for at least 2 more years, at least we'd have a QB we can groom in the meantime.

Also, if the Broncos continue to lose, they could start trading some guys for extra picks as well as clearing out some of the bad contracts. This roster needs to be purged of guys getting paid well but underperforming.

I still think Payton is a good coach but its going to take at least another year to change this culture of losing. Elway, his last few years, and the current GM George Paton left this team a mess with bad drafting, bad coaching hires and bad contracts.

That's the same one he injured in college too.

On grass both time too.  🧐

hopefully he didn’t rip apart any nerves.  That’s always a concern when the knee goes this way.

Reminds me of Leonard Weavers injury, but worse
