I think I'd prefer Goodrich coming in rather than moving Bradberry to the slot and starting Jobe on the outside.

He was a  disaster last night

True...but Jobe wasn't stellar either.  I think it's more prudent to disrupt one position rather than 2 positions.  If Goodrich proves he can't handle it, then reconsider.

I don't think Ricks played the slot during camp, did he?  I think they view him as an outside guy only.

Maddox is always hurt.  Time to move on from him.

Next man up, hopefully they're up to the challenge.

Goodrich!!! I could play better than him, and I'm 60 years old! he was totally clueless about even where to go, never mind tackling. He shouldn't grace an Eagles uniform ever again...awful player!

Goodrich? The one that had to be told to follow his man when he motions to the other side pre snap?

Not gonna lie, I'd prefer a competent football player.

I was coming in this thread to say the same thing. Good player, but can't stay healthy. Not surprising.

For now I wouldn't get cute and would just give Goodrich the shot.

The depth of this team is sure being challenged early in the season. Crap.

We had a fairly clean ride last year so we really can't expect the same for another year.

Even last year he was hurt with the turf toe even in the playoffs.

Slot CB Depth Chart at the start of camp.

Avonte Maddox- Out for year

Zech McPherson- Out for year

Josiah Scott- On the Pittsburgh Steelers

Mario Goodrich- Missing in Action

Howie's gotta do something here.

On top of this the Eagles basically have three healthy wide receivers. I thought Howie might try to balance out this roster some, but there’s a lot of work that still needs to be done.

Another year another injury to Maddox. He’s been hurt every season since signing his big deal. It might be time to cut ties.
