That's what it feels like to me, I mean they have one of the lowest  paid if not lowest RB rooms inthe league and alot of money allocated to QB WR and TE and Lurie has always said he wants a passing team, seems Lurie and co would rather pass for 350 and lose than run for 250 and win🤷‍♂️
