Because the donors are rich Jews, amirite??  Kinda racist…

As I said before, Penn is in a financial vice.  Qatar is a huge donor, and there are large donors backed by Jews as well.

  • I'm here, thanks VaBeach. I appreciate all the EMB members that support us in these days, I does matter. The members that support the other side… I'm speechless.

  • Propaganda? Or hard truths terrorist sympathizers don't want to hear?

The letter from the Wharton Board. Finally someone is stepping in to save the school’s reputation.

It is 50/50 at best for her now.

Kind of a shallow comment coming from someone who seemingly hates Jews and refuses to condemn Hamas.

btw - Can speech be violence?  I'd like you to answer this one for us using your wokologist platform.

So now you’re against free speech on college campuses?  But when it was NSDAPs you were ok with it.  I can’t keep up…

No sir. I’m 100% for free speech.

Are you ready to condemn Hamas? Do you really hate Jews as it would seem?

You’re 100 percent for it except in this instance.  Like I said…

You are confused (as usual)

For like the 8 millionth time...

The 1st amendment protects you from the government punishing you for speech. Private institutions like Penn, Harvard and MIT are free to have a code of conduct for their students that makes their continued attendance at the University contingent on conforming to that code.

@Dave Moss - I believe you are a professor. Start dropping the n-word and calling for mass lynching of African-Americans and see how long you remain employed. Tell them it violates your free speech rights. I'm sure that will work.

only the J word is open game in dave's eyes.

Jews, along with Catholics/Christians, seem to be lumped into this unprotected class when it comes to hate speech. It really comes down to "if you're white, then we don't care." I really think if those school presidents were asked about the genocide of Catholics instead of Jews, that we would have gotten a similar response. But if asked about blacks/Muslims/gays/etc it would have gotten a different response, when it should all warrant the same disgust and condemnation.

Moron discovers that actions have consequences.

Good.

Well, many of Penn’s big donors are Jewish.  It’s not racist, it’s just a fact.   We had both of our children at Penn. Many of the wings/floors at the hospital of the university of Pennsylvania are named after Jewish people.

In Dave's mind Jews are oppressors and deserve whatever they get.  That's the perspective that drives his posts.

More importantly, Penn was the first US University that was not founded with a religious affiliation. It has always been a secular school, and that attracted a large Jewish student population throughout its history. Then Wharton was created and has a large representation of Jewish students.

during our fantasy draft, my buddy drafted christian mccaffrey, christian watson, & christian kirk...then joked that he's going for an all-religious roster. like 2 rounds later, another guys shouts out....you should pick smith-schuster...then you'd have 2 ju's!

Julian Edelman.  Not Justin.  My bad folks

These people are incredible. They’re so stuck in their bubble that they don’t realize how asinine and obtuse they are until the common sense public outside of their bubble hits them in the face and they have to get a legal/PR firm to draft an apology.

UPenn Board of Trustees will have a new meeting on Sunday to determine how to move forward.  Seems too close to call at this point.  I'm leaning slightly toward her getting canned.

Happy Hannukah, Art!!

It's well put in an old rhyme from an English exclusive Brethren sect: "We are the pure and chosen few, and all the rest are damned. There's room enough in hell for you, we don't want Heaven crammed!"

You can tell it when you see the extreme Muslims talk, they cannot wait for death and destruction to overtake and overwhelm the World, they can't wait for what I would call without ambiguity a Final Solution.

When you look at the Israeli settlers, paid for often by American tax dollars, deciding if they can steal enough land from other people and get all the Jews into the promised land and all the non-Jews out of it then finally the Jewish people will be worthy of the return of the Messiah, and there are Christians in this country who consider it their job to help this happen so that Armageddon can occur, so that the painful business of living as humans, and studying civilization, and trying to acquire learning, and knowledge, and health, and medicine, and to push back the frontiers can all be scrapped and the cult of death can take over.

That to me is a hideous thing in eschatological terms, in End Times terms. On its own a hateful idea, a hateful practice, and a hateful theory but very much to be opposed in our daily lives where there are people who sincerely mean it, who want to ruin the good relations that could exist between different peoples, nations, races, countries, tribes, ethnicities; who openly say they love death more than we love life and who are betting that with God on their side that they're right about that.
