I'm an adult. I accept that there is collateral damage in war, and the only way this changes is if the Palestinian people reject Hamas and acknowledge Israel's right to exist.

Do I want kids to die? Of course not. Do I want Palestinian civilians to die? Of course not. 

But, they are going to die. And I will place the blame where it belongs -- on Hamas cowards that hide behind them, and Palestinian voters that overwhelmingly support Hamas. Blaming Israel is idiotic.

Sorry, no. Hamas hides behind civilians and the adults still support them. There's no great option here, but crying for a cease fire that leaves Hamas in place is a non-starter.

We were heavy handed at times in Iraq, but we took pains, as civilized people do, NOT to kill civilians. Pains Israel does not seem to be even considering.

I've seen no actual evidence of Israel targeting civilians. If there is evidence of them targeting civilians, or not taking proper care to minimize civilian casualties, then charge them with war crimes. But the fact that there are civilian casualties is not proof that Israel is committing atrocities. Especially in an area with high population density and an enemy that hides among the civilian population.

If you have links to actual evidence of Israel targeting civilians, I'm happy to be educated.

And no, claims from Hamas don't count as evidence. We all saw how the hospital story turned out.
