  • I'm here, thanks VaBeach. I appreciate all the EMB members that support us in these days, I does matter. The members that support the other side… I'm speechless.

  • Propaganda? Or hard truths terrorist sympathizers don't want to hear?

The very definition of Sheeple.  Sadly, some of us tried to point out stuff like this was a problem 8+ years ago as it started to ferment, and we were told to stop being dramatic and to eff off.  We were right, and it's got worse since.

Someone was threatened with arrest over here for breaching the peace being "Quite openly Jewish" when he happened upon a Palestine protest in London.  It took the police 2 attempts to get the apology correct.  The Govt state is failing Jewish people for fear of being seen to deal with Palestine protestors as they do others.  What have we become?

GD it, don't make me side with him.

Hamas is cheering the protests.  Does little to help the Palestinians blight.

They don't care about the Palestinians. And they don't want a ceasefire. They cheer when Iran attacks and when Jews are killed.

This is about what it's always been about -- anti-Semitism.

The only academics who don’t consider what’s happening in Gaza a genocide are Zionists and the folks being funded by AIPAC

Right....because the ones who do consider it a genocide are academics who throw around terms they don't understand the meaning of and clearly don't understand the logistics of war, let alone urban warfare.

Just curious, the ones that consider it a genocide, are these the same academics who all got together and signed a letter that claimed that the BLM protests and rioting didn't contribute to spreading COVID, while at the same time criticizing the motorcycle and trucker rallies for spreading COVID and putting everyone's lives at risk?   Are these the same academics who claim that there is a significant gender pay gap in this country that is solely attributed to gender?  Are these the same academics who support trans women competing against biological women in collegiate and professional sports?

Yep, and these Islamic terrorist supporters need to be arrested and/or expelled for their hate and harassment of Jewish students.

Good, de-escalation is needed. Rooting out Hamas in Gaza is one thing, dickswinging your way into a direct hot-war with Iran is another entirely.

Yeah but..... silver lining would be we can finally put to bed the circumcised vs uncircumcised debate.

The Moss quote peaked my curiosity on this topic so I spent a few mins poking around.  So take this summary below for what it is worth given about 45 mins of googling and reading.

It appears to depend on the context being used, who knew.  If you look at the situation from a legal context then there is a healthy mix of opinion and a majority of academics that at least feel it is very uncertain and quite likely not genocide.  On the other hand, if you take the colloquial context then it is going to be pretty much the way Moss describes it.  The middle ground is the context from a social academic and historical perspective and for that one it looks like a clear majority support the idea of it being a genocide but it is far from unanimous even if we throw out the obvious Jewish professors and those with similar bias.  Not particularly surprising given the general left lean for the large percentage of academics today.

Uhhh... no.  However, Moss is pretending to be an academic and we play along.  You know that.

I agree with Fetterman. What is happening on the campuses of Columbia, MIT, etc. is no different than the NSDAPs marching in Charlottesville. Our country has sacrificed far too much to defeat NSDAPs in Europe and Islamo Fascist terrorists in the middle east only to have them marching down the streets and campuses spreading their hatred here.

Trespassing is a crime

Disturbing the peace is a crime

Making terroristic threats is a crime

Arrest them. Prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

If I could go back in time 6 months I'd put all of my funds into blue picnic blankets.

I heard there's a Go Fund Me to raise money for a bus ticket to send Dave Moss up to Columbia so he can join the student protests and camp out on the University lawn

He can grab the bus to Chapel Hill (or have his wife drive him). Better yet, he can make the short walk to the Wake Forest campus and pitch his tent right there.
