If that is true, and Trump is meddling in international diplomacy to kill a potential cease fire, then it is (i) sadly not surprising at all and (ii) utterly disgusting. The Democrats should call him out and say he is responsible for the continuing bloodshed and the hostages remaining in captivity.

Didn’t Al Gore do same thing with Iran nuclear deal ?  There was a stink over it and then nothing became of it.  Of course that wasn’t during a live conflict with people getting killed.
