Now reports of vehicles exploding.  Not sure if they exploded because of devices the drivers were carrying or not.  But the paranoia is a bonus side effect of this operation.

That's a hell of risk to take that not a single one would malfunction and have to be disassembled where they might discover the explosive components. Or hell, even just getting flagged when passing through scanners at an airport. That's even crazier.

This is psychological warfare at it's best.  Can you imagine being a terrorist, waking up in the morning and absolutely terrified to hit the snooze button?

I doubt any of us know very much regarding the timing and whether or not it was premature.  One thing that is being reported though is that there is a buildup of Israeli forces on the northern border and more intense bombing inside Lebanon.

I'll defer to the Israelis on this one - they are 10 steps ahead of everybody else and will keep their adversaries guessing and on edge.
