I've mentioned it Many times.

If they are with Hamas this debate is pointless.

Gaza is not coming out of this with Hamas in power.

  • I'm here, thanks VaBeach. I appreciate all the EMB members that support us in these days, I does matter. The members that support the other side… I'm speechless.

  • Propaganda? Or hard truths terrorist sympathizers don't want to hear?

Calling for Gaza to be leveled is no less barbaric than those calling for death to Israel. Each side just keeps recruiting the next generation of haters.

More false equivalence

I think this is the disconnect…

When we dropped the bombs on Japan, it was such an awe inducing display of power that it forced peace. This was possible because Japanese culture allowed the conversion of shock into peace.

In Gaza, the use of force by Israel has the opposite effect: it steels the resolve of the population. Rather than forcing peace, it actually acts to make peace harder.

So these are actually OPPOSITE situations.

In terms of killing civilians I don't see the difference. We agree that force equals more force but it's been happening between these groups for thousands of years. It's not changing. We also agree the kids in Gaza are going to be the ones in a Hamas type group in 10-15 years, but again...nothing is going to change, which is part of the culture there. It's sad but that's the reality. Right now if they don't rip the roots out Hamas will grow right back.

I’m not sure what point you think you are making.

Japan is fundamentally different than Gaza, the Palestinian people, and the Middle East in general. What worked in Japan will not work in Palestine.

There is NO Palestine and there NEVER has been. There is The Gaza Strip and The West Bank where Palestinians live.

There has never been a Palestinian State. They had a chance to build one in the 90s but Hamas destroyed that pretty quickly.

They literally elected Hamas to control their government. So, yeah, they are "with” Hamas to some extent.

The Palestinians decide who is in power in Gaza, and it will be Hamas or worse.

Unless your idea is to displace the Palestinians from Gaza?

How many Palestinians do you think Israel needs to slaughter, just as we slaughtered the Japanese, in order to force peace?

They voted for the animals with guns who will kill them if they oppose? Shocking turn of events…

Far more than they have, but they dont want to do that. They could have wiped them out three times over by now. They are after hamas. But they will have to occupy and control it for some time. Preferably forever since it has been shwon repeatedly it cant function as a peaceful territory

You can't force peace. You have to rip the roots out and eliminate every single Hamas member. There will be no peace. One has to go.

After a bloody coup, that resulted in the deaths of Palestinian civilians and especially the Fatah government. They dropped them off bldgs.

No wonder Tew likes them…all makes sense now. Though they didnt measure up to dropping them out of helicopters

Even if you could press a button and every Hamas member would drop dead, with zero collateral damage, it still would not change the fundamental problem causing the conflict.

I feel like you guys are only a couple pages away from solving this issue.

No one said anything about a "state.” There is a territory and a people.

The siege would have worked but the rest of the world wouldn't allow it to succeed. Oh no, the humanitarian crises. That's what a siege is supposed to achieve to get them to surrender. It worked in Richmond after 67 days without food and water, Grant got an unconditional surrender. Of course the liberal protestors think Grant's a War Criminal I guess, to them, we should have let slavery continue because the risk to civilians is just too great.

Don’t you dare compare mi general to Hamas!

Hamas is a D for using hospitals as cover.

Israel is a D for responding as if they were not hospitals filled with civilians.

I find it hard to blame the sick people, staff, and families, for not rounding up Hamas.
