December 2, 20231 yr Our D had to play 91 snaps last week. it's tired and a bit injured/worn down. Hopefully we win but i wouldn't take us and the points here. i'm not betting this one

Let's hope they're too emotional to stay focused. Defense needs to dominate early to own momentum. Winners focus on winning, losers focus on winners

December 3, 20231 yr Schedule be damned. No team should be coming in to our house, when we are beating the best teams in the league whenever they show up, and have us made underdogs. Lane and Kelce will be telling all kinds of tales about hungry dogs and how they run faster. That locker room is going to be a Fing inferno
December 3, 20231 yr It seems like the whole world expects the 49ers to throttle the Eagles. They just don't get it. This is Philadelphia. Everything we enjoy was born here because a group of determined men refused to quit. It's in the very earth here. It's is the DNA of the people here. No matter how uphill the battle, we will never quit. From the men who chose the freeze to death at Valley Forge rather than quit, to the round the clock 24/7/365 contributions of the men and women to both industry and the military during WW2 that was required to win, they never quit. Here, we never quit. Win lose or draw, we never quit. When we win, it's the main reason we do. We can be down, but we're never truly out, because we never quit. Our Eagles have taken on that mantra, that axiom, that tenet, and have done so in fine fashion. They make us proud because they never quit. Down at the half, no worries, they never quit. Banged up and playing 3 games in 13 days? Don't worry, the Eagles never quit. Niners coming to town with the advantage of much extra rest? Don't worry, the Eagles never quit. Hurts and the guys will be ready. They'll never quit, and because they never quit... The Eagles are going to win.

Speaking as a Brit, it's more that a bunch of slave-owning, aristocratic white men didn't want to pay their taxes, but your mileage may vary (depending on whether you saw Dazed and Confused!) Incidentally, I used to live a half hour walk from where the Liberty Bell was cast. They swear it was fine when it left Whitechapel!
December 3, 20231 yr I agree with the rest of yout post, for what it's worth. Europe has, since about 1910, always had a great friend in America, and we appreciate you

The manufacturers should've known that too much carbon in the steel makes it brittle...like Brock Purdy.
December 3, 20231 yr If the rest of the team plays half as well as Jake Elliott did last week, we've got a chance. Let's get to the quarterback early and make them cry again. Win, lose or draw, make them remember it.

The Bills gave the Eagles all they could handle even over Washington. The Eagles beat Miami, Dallas, KC in Arrowhead and Bills in 5 weeks and won every game. I do not fear anyone on the schedule. 49ers are a solid team but the Eagles are better. Purdy has lost 3 straight regular season games this year. Jalen has lost 2 regular season games over the last 2 calendar years. shows how much you know
