that's nuts.

@iladelphxx where did you get your p1s from? Did you order it through their site or find a retailer?

Black Friday Sale from Bambu's site. It was $750 with the AMS

I'm pretty sure I've saved myself at least half of what I paid for the P1S printing out random small things I would have bought on Amazon over the past few weeks.

A hole!!! Return that thing and buy from Amazon to support the EMB.

Alright, I ordered my p1s. How much am I gonna love this thing @iladelphxx?

its probably the best purchase ive made in a long time. i spent weeks dialing in my ender to get it to print pretty good. this thing, on the other hand, just sheets out perfect prints.

are those colors each on a separate layer?

nope, all the same layer. i think its 5 layers of mixed colors and 43 layers of just green. the 5 layers took the same amount of time to print as the remaining 43 layers. the color changes slow it down a good bit. all in all, it took 3 hours to print. then another 2.5 hours to print the links for the chain.

great work

As cool as the 3D printer is, I've been doing more with my laser engravers.

I made some hats for the Super Bowl

i was checking that out online yesterday. laser engraving seems like a really useful thing to have, but ive heard it creates a residue over everything in the printer. active drying in the ams is awesome

I would rarely if ever use the laser engraving. The laser cutting seems like a cool feature. The best features for me on this are the AMS drying like you said, the size, and the double nozzle.

I'll be able to afford it in the year 2038.
