I actually agree. He started off well as a rookie. He hit a slump, needed a change of scenery. He's not a returner.

He might not be a returner, but that piece of film is a godawful advert for his ability to judge the flight of a football, catch a football and situational football smarts too, once he messes up his position so badly the worst thing he can possibly do is muff it attempting a catch, so what does he do?

He just isn't NFL level, he's had a fair shot.

He never showed any issues tracking the ball as a WR.

If the Steelers were looking for him to win a backup role, then I guess they needed some ST contribution from him --- something he didn't really add in his time here. We tried him as a PR and it was bad. That film should have been enough to show that he doesn't belong in that role. But just because he was waived on the last day of roster cuts does not mean his "shot" in the NFL is over. Even the Steelers might bring him back at some point if another team doesn't.

Reddick is going to end up half assing this year, taking a prove it deal next year and then finding out that the salary prospects for 32 year old edge rushers are not really top ten AAV.

Pleased for Dicker, he always looked like he could play when he was here

Mack Hollins with the TD grab for Buffalo

Cam Johnston injured on a punt in the Steelers game 😥

Yeah, if we hadn't had Elliott, I'm sure we'd have kept him but no way would he have replaced Jake.

He’s had himself a little career actually.

Meh he goes to a team catches 10-15 balls and 1-3 touchdowns then goes to another team. He had 1 decent year where he had 57 catches 690 yards and 4 touchdowns he hasn't sniffed that at all in the other 7 years

He still ends up on rosters and occasionally makes a play or two. One of those guys who seemed like he would just be gone, but he’s still hanging around.

Yeah I figure he's either a model professional to hold up as an example to the other guys or he's funny as crap and good to keep around for morale.

He got a ring, that's more than most players can say when they call it a career.

Genard Avery is somehow still in the NFL and was just signed to the Colts active roster from their practice squad

Didn't Mack like playing special teams? That can be a skill to keep you on a roster. You'll probably never sign a $20 million contract but you'll do better than working at WaWa.

Jalen Mills was signed to the Jets PS
