I am really looking forward to this. Most whiskies, after 25 years, tend to start being too much barrel (my opinion)

The Ardbeg 17 year old fights for my top spot with the Springbank 21 year old that is usually my favorite (partly because the 17 has been gone for a long time and I still get to have some Springbank.

I think Ardbeg can make a 25 year old that still screams PEATY WHISKEY MAGIC!

That should be special

Picked up a 1792 full proof store pick. 62.5% and its great neat. Can see why it won whisky bible 2020

It's one of my buddy's favorites. Something I've seen a few times and just need to pull the trigger on.

I am now a fan

I've heard that the no9 is decent. I'm trying to track down some Maker's 101 and their 2020 wood finish series. My local store is supposed to have 9 bottles of the 101, but they played dumb when I went in there earlier.....

The makers is everywhere out here

whats a good sweet red wine?

I don't drink wine at all, but I have a new drink cart with wine racks so I want to fill it with something. My mother in law said she like she sweet red wine. Unfortunately she didn't tell me any brands and with her living in Poland I'm not even sure we'd have the same stuff.

Pinot noir should be relatively safe pick. No merlot thats dry

Syrah too

can get south american stuff thats good relatively cheap
