I think you have to. And hold your breath.

Be careful what you wish for. I wouldn't put him out there next week. I can only imagine this board if something happens to him.

That's a tough yank though. We are talking NFL history. And the Giants have quit. I really think he could do it. On the other hand letting him go means the starting O line has to go. Tough call

Giants are beating the colts 35-33 they didnt fully quit. Im just nervous that some of those guys that have only next year to play for try and make a name for themselves and take cheap shots at Barkley.

I wasn't even watching the score. The Giants can't even tank right. Pissing away the first pick.

Of course he plays.

He broke 2000 legitimately in 16 games like many others. Shut it down. Nothing to play for I believe and no reason to risk anything. It would still be an asterisk in my book considering it would take him 17 games to break the record.

Nothing to play for

Well except one of the most coveted NFL records out there. Only needs 100

I think so too. Siri wants him to get it

He has to play. Even if he doesn't want to, you make him play. That's special, a rare achievement. Let the guy be guy first for a change. This likely won't  happen again

Maybe give him a few runs, see if he can break one. If he’s not close by the half sit him.

100 yards could be 5-10 touches based on his explosives. I’d let him if he wants to. It’s a record that someone like him deserves after so much time wasted on abysmal teams. Certify yourself as the man in the first year without them.

And to do it against the team that tossed him aside? Delicious

Not for anyone who actually watched him play this season.

He could have broken the record today (16 games) had he not voluntarily been pulled during the first Giants game AND pulled early today.

And I think his first game he had like 2 carries in the first half or something gross

The playoffs and a SB run are far more important. Ultimately it will be up to Saquon.

You immortalize Barkley, this line, and Stoutland. Make it happen.

I think you have to let him try, and here's why:

2nd most rushing yards given up to opponents in the NFL.

Break it. F Dickerson

And Dickerson was on a less talented team and didn’t have the luxury of closing out games as Barkley did. Bias statement

Taylor needed 32 carries to get 125 today, they will sellout against the run

If the Vikings and Lions lose today, he's guaranteed to play.

Dickerson gets the asterisk then since he needed 2 more games to break the record.

I think if 1st seed is out of reach(which i hope will be cause I dont want starters to play last game) than maybe Siri asks Barkley if he wants it and offers him a chrániče and I believe je will say "nah lete rest and prepáčte fór post season, dont risk our guys health" or something like that...I simply dont believe je will play
