So I can enjoy this one 🍻😁

In fact, I've booked the entire week off just in case it's a really good one

Akers never attempted a FG in SB 39. We lost that one more to turnovers.

Mandela effect? I could've sworn I remember people being mad at Akers for the missed FG being the difference.  Maybe it was an NFCCG? Could've sworn it was the SB though.  Or i'm just getting old and my memory is playing tricks on me, that can be true too I suppose.

Let's do it again!!!

theyve been involved all season. i for see a lot of ineligible man downfield calls on the RPOs and holding penalties on saquon's runs. on paper we're the better team with the talent we have across the board. should be a good win but the NFL is dead set of putting KC and Mahomes on this Brady/Patriot teir. a 3-peat does that no question

Sometimes you have to beat a team so badly, even the refs can't save them. THAT is what we did to the Redskins. THAT is what we have to do to the Chiefs.

Nah it was Bellicheat. Right after that didnt they get busted for secretly taping practices.

It's going to be hard to beat this duo

Honestly, since the bye, the Eagles have just been excellent- a real winning machine.

Last night was when it all clicked.

I'm going to able to enjoy this Super Bowl appearances.

Leave booked so no walking around in work like a zombie the following day.

Eagles will be underdogs so pressure off.

That said, I truly think they are much better than the Chiefs,  but I'm not sure they can overcome them and the officials.

Hope the Eagles are as healthy as possible, play the perfect game and somehow pull off the win.

LFG 💪

You could be thinking of his final game here against Green Bay where he missed two FGs in a playoff game we lost by 5.

Yeah, which is utter BS. In a week where they were heavily criticized they did it twice again. I hope someone snaps Mahomes leg in half and I'm not sorry. That is the only way a team will be allowed to beat them. Last game they ignored holding on the OL and flagged JB. It will happen again because it's rigged.

That's what I don't get.

Everyone knows its a thing but it looks like they are even trying to hide it anymore.

Haven't seen the Bills game but just seen Florio and Simms going on about the 4th down spot.

Now I don't know the context within the game but it seemed an awful spot to me, just when the Chiefs needed it 🤔.

Weird or what 😒.

I feel calm and confident about the Superbowl. I would like injury updates on Jurgens and Dickerson though.

Until I get it, here's a musical expression of how I'm feeling.

i agree but no one has done it to the chiefs because of the refs involvement. the houston game still bothers me with those 2 egregious calls against the texans.

Basically, one judge marked them as having it and another overruled him and made him short.

Chefs fans and some who just saw one angle say you can't see where the ball was. OK, but his entire body was past the damn line from another angle. Another popular thing going around is a picture of him short after his forward momentum stopped and went back a bit.

Even the ex ref guy was like yeah he made it, but basically NY took a look and said we want the Chiefs to win screw the Bills.

The next popular thing was well they should have called another play or their TE shouldn't have dropped the ball later or they shouldn't have gone for 2. Whatever. That doesn't change the fact they openly screwed the Bills during a week where even top NFL reporters were questioning the integrity of the league. They don't care if people know it's rigged. They want Kelce and Swift hugging and kissing after the game and a dynasty first ever 3 in a row.

This stopped being a sport years ago because of gambling, social media, and billion dollar TV deals. It's now entertainment and they are rigging it like the WWF.

Yeah, I know it's bad, but we are beating them- refs or no refs.

Too big to rig?

This team plays like that again, we will beat the Chiefs by enough scores that the Refs won't matter, nor will the late game heroics.

Run the ball, control the clock, get TDs instead of FGs.  Miss an XP?  Don't kick them any more, lol. Go for 2.  Don't even think about a FG over 45 yards.  Simple. Punt the damn ball.  Have answers for the blitzes which will be many, varied and disguised (but there are only so many permutations possible). And D the F up like mad. Must stop the run with 4 and contain Mahomey.

Remember when Tampa beat KC 31-9? They beat the balls off of KC with their D. Do that.

We are in a much better place this time around.  Have experience, stronger team, good defense, much better coaching, and our two aircraft carriers in 11 and 26.  And revenge is a natural motivator.  The stars are aligned.

The other 31 teams in the league need to bring this up with the league/Goodell about the refs. Now, there are bad calls/no-calls in most games you watch, but the favoritism toward the Chiefs is unreal. The problem needs to be addressed, but even in the SB they need to be more aware. It's so well known nationally now, they can't hide from the tape.

Eagles must be aware of this and not give any mental mistakes, no room for interpretation. Don't shove Mahomes, watch for roughing the passer. Carter will get held the entire game, but he can't react. Let the tape speak for itself. Walk away from taunting, etc. Be above reproach.

And as someone said, do what Tampa did and go up big and let the defense dominate. Barkley and crushing defense all day.

I would love to do what Tampa did, but keep in mind, Mahomes was missing both starting tackles that game. That makes a huge difference.

Nick, Moore, Jalen, Dickerson, Jurgens, Barkley, Lane, Jordan, Mekhi, Steen have to be ready for the blitz. Especially, CB and Safety blitzes. Spags is going to switch pressure and coverage. Force Jalen to "read."
