I’m not lawyer, but I think a good one could argue they don’t have the Jurisdiction. Unless Procus comes out of retirement, he could easily win the case for Trump.

I mean in like paragraph one page one of the court filing they accused Maduro of importing narcotics to the US, so yeah, it’s a possibility.

One of the points of propaganda are all the vids of Venezuelans cheering. The vids are real and they are actual Venezuelans. However, none of the vids are from inside of the country.
