Well neither do I but you could imagine say 10 of these things pointing into an area delivering a field of punishing sound that might be able to cover a football field or whatever. I know nothing about the details but I've read general descriptions about the weapon and it has a limited range and field which in part protects those that are delivering the sound.

My dad's widow is from Venezuela and I spent some time with her today, and I brought up Maduro and asked her about it. Her entire family had to leave years ago but she still has friends there. Things are not any better for the people. It's still a military style dictatorship. They have checkpoints on every other street where they will search you, take your phone, and throw you in prison if there is anything Anti-Government (coming to an American city near you at that rate we're going). She can never go back there because she holds an American passport now. They are trying to get their hands on anyone with an American passport so they can hold them in prison for future bargaining chips. So yeah, nothing at all was accomplished except to line Trump's pockets.
