September 4Sep 4 I sure as hell wouldn’t want to be that lone hold out juror right now. It’ll get leaked somehow and his life is going to be a living hell. Of course the MSM will be offering $$$$ to interview him.
September 4Sep 4 There is no way she was able to mute the command voice, take a break from her psychotic episode, pause strangling the life out of her kids to calmly call her husband back and logically answer questions about medicine to buy at CVS, then go back into the crazy psychotic episode and wrap a cord around another kids neck. There is a reason multiple doctors didn't see any symptoms. I'm glad they already announced they are trying her again.

September 4Sep 4 A lot of this is coming down to how the burden of proof in defense is. Everywhere else, the defense has to prove insanity by a preponderance of the evidence, but in Mass the prosecution has to prove sanity beyond a reasonable doubt. It's just a big cluster F, and we can all blame it on Dan Sickles for not satisfying his wife.

The question isn't "should she be punished" or " should she have some responsibility". It's "do you believe without any reasonable doubt she committed these crimes while of sound mind and able to distinguish right from wrong". Which is a much harder question whether. For better or worse.
September 4Sep 4 Did anyone try "If you dont change your verdict, youre gay?" on the 12th juror? Feels like they could have saved a ton of time on this.

Just like people acting spontaneously to a command voice don't research crap on Google days before. She is a crazy evil **** but so is anyone who murderers someone. She planned the murders. Clearly. It's not a reach to say she planned actions to try to get off. Doesn't mean it went according to plan.Let me guessThis Is the moronic fox news angle

It's literally the one thing every inherent instinct in your body should tell you not to. "Hesitation cuts" happen around the eventual fatal injury more often than not. And suicide attempts have like a 90% survival rate. Meaning there's some combination of not knowing what you're doing and hesitation in almost every suicide attempt. None of that is suspicious.
