Big positive today? Our QB played extremely well.

We'll need better play calling, better execution, better OL play in the middle of the line, and better pressure from the DL as well.

Statistically this was an average Jalen Hurts stat line, but when it mattered Jalen made winning plays. No turnovers and one turnover in this game probably would have been a loss.

He gets a few weeks to "get his arse straight”. Same for the Center. They’d both be very valuable though as………backups. 🙃😬

Landon Dickerson and Cam Jurgens need to be replaced SOON. They aren't injured and
still got manhandled and had penalties called against them. BOTH sucked....and its time.
Gotta draft O line this year. Maybe a trade soon. SOMETHING- they suck.

Interior/ Oline was poor. I don't see how making Lane reach block at his injury history is sustainable.

Oline will be the downfall of this team, they are horrible at run blocking, and just ok at pass blocking

Hurts played well, IMO.

No he didn't. He made a few good throws and made a few good plays with his legs. But he didn't consistently read defenses, spot open receivers, and deliver the ball with accuracy.

He was ok. He did not "play extremely well."

Was there a little funk in the 3rd qtr? sure. But I'm going to give them grace with the new Offense. I thought Jalen took control and I liked that. When things weren't working he made the key 20 yard run. That lead the game winning score. They have time. Week 1 has always been a crap shoot, anything can happen. Yet they always find ways to win.

14-for-25 for 203 yards with the three TD passes and no interceptions and a 122.2 passer rating..... With a struggling Oline and some huge runs. What else you want?

Is the O Line issue a "zone run scheme”?

Could take some time to get it figured out. If it doesn’t get figured out, then find a Run Game scheme that fits your players.

Or, ugh, you just might have to change the players.
