They need to recognize they are bad and stop rolling old player contracts out to future years.  Time to rebuild.

That includes a change at least at DC.  Swartz is responsible for who gets picked and who gets to stay/go.  Players are leaving and thriving elsewhere which tells me he doesnt know/want to alter his scheme to fit the strengths of his players.

Sadly you are right. Which means we could be in for a very rough few years. Nothing will change whilst Howie is around. 

The depressing thing about this is that our schedule gets way worse from here, next week could be a 50 burger.

He’s blinded by his loyalty to Howie. He needs to go or this will never be fixed.
