A win is a win is a win is a win. 1st place after all the horror we have been through so far.

We are gonna win this division with 6 wins. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Wentz looked like he did at end of last year. Not always pretty and miss a couple throws but makes the plays we need to win as the defense keeps it close.

I disagree. Small step in the right direction but Wentz truely was making lemonade out of the lemons he was served at the end of last year.

Today he was just meh (made some plays, extended plays, missed others) which is better than I guess being straight up bad like he was the first three games.

I don’t see it. Last year we got by despite being ravaged at WR. This year we have that plus OL (the real historic strength of this team) plus Goedert. They don’t even have the pieces they somehow got by with at the end of last year.

WTF team is brutal, the Giants are brutal, and the cowboys score a lot of points, but can’t stop anyone else from scoring. I mean this division is bad.

Look I agree with all of that. If I was a betting man, I’d say cowboys take the division. They "look” the best out there. But I would have said that last year as well and they are known choke artists so you may end up being right. I just think this eagles team has more issues to overcome than last years team did, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

Seems like every year Doug has issues to overcome, and every year the Cowboys are supposed to be the class of the division. Whoever wins this division I’m doubting it will be with a winning record.

That was a heck of an effort by an undermanned eagles team.  Wentz and the D had to show up and they did.  So did Dougie P.

Maulallota seemed to have a few good plays and overall didn't look too bad. Good experience for him.

Was that an actual attempt at spelling Mailata?

I think the offense will be ok when Alshon, Djack, and Reagor come back. And also Goedert. Along with Wentz rounding into form.

Is Reagor coming back?

I didn't catch it in the Doug's press conference after the game. What was the reason Sanders wasn't in there on the last drive? Was he fatigued again? Were they worried about his fumbles?

We aren't making 6 wins, we might make 4, I gave up on last night's game at the half because I was watching two bad teams fighting to see which one wouldn't lose at 2.30am (I'm working in UK), I watched the rest of the game this morning (it's much quicker when you can fast forward to the plays). That we were behind a team QB'ed by Nick Mullens at all is an indictment of how awful our secondary is (pick 6 be damned). Unless every team we play from here on out has to put a dreadful back up QB, I could see us beating the Giants and Washington.

The worst thing that could happen for the future of this team is the owner ignoring the obvious problems with the team because they somehow sneak  into the play offs by winning the worst division in football again, although I don't see that happening because honestly I think the Cowgirls offense could put 50 points on this secondary without really trying.

On the plus side Mailata looked like a passable tackle.

Mailata overall looked ok, he held Zeke Ansah in check the whole game, his pass blocking was good however his run blocking was sloppy and looked a little lazy.. Overall he should improve from here could turn into a better version of BIG V..

Yeah I was really quite impressed by Mailata. That's a good defense and although they have their key injuries they still have talent out there and Mailata held his own. I think he's one of those guys who due to his athleticism and size he can really dominate during games even though his technique may not be the best and it all looks a little ugly.

How? How did they win this game? This is beyond shocking

Mullins throwing a "TD pass” right to Alex Singleton sure helped a great deal.

It certainly did help! That one really sealed their fate.

really hate the sticks / prevent defense.  you're basically escorting the other team to your 30 or 20 yard line and telling them, "yup, we'll do a jump ball on the final play.  50-50 to win or lose is good for us".  and with pass interference and untimed downs which could be called, it's ASKING for it to blow up in your face.  especially with only a 5 point lead.

i say play the regular defense, put pressure on a COLD qb coming off the bench and make him beat you.  don't let him drive up the field, get into rhythm, and have a shot to beat you.

eagles are lucky to not have a PI called.  i was waiting for it and if it happened, schwartz would have to walk home.

yup...they march down the field with a 3rd string QB...who they make look like Aaron rodgers....in my mind I kept imagining the exotic blitzes Jim Johnson would have dialed up once Beatheard came into the game....

I truly hate gym shorts....I mean, I really despise that man and his stupid schemes.....I STILL long for the days of JJ...I remember the announcers saying they couldn't wait to see what kind of blitz packages he would dial up....

*sigh* Memories......

Right....IMO their receivers are the best in the league and they catch every damn thing so dak is always going to put up numbers (sounds exactly like how romo padded his stats)...their TE's are solid...their line is not bad and yet....they continue to lose....

Every year the Cowboys are the most overrated and over hyped team in football.

Was I the only one hoping we kept losing games in hope for a change and high draft pick?
